What’s in it for you? 
 

As a Partnership Leader, you will shape and scale strategic partnerships with leading global technology platforms. You will own the end-to-end partnership lifecycle—from strategy and deal structuring to execution and revenue delivery. 

You’ll operate at the executive level, influencing business direction, unlocking new revenue streams, and driving measurable growth through partnerships. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, global initiatives within a fast-growing, innovation-driven environment, while building scalable partnership models across regions and markets. 

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute partnership strategies aligned with company objectivesidentifying priority partners and building a strong, multi-year pipeline.
  • Analyze market and ecosystem trends to identify high-value opportunities. Develop business cases, including value propositions, financial models, and success metrics.
  • Secure executive sponsorship, establish governance frameworks, and align cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
  • Lead complex commercial negotiations and structure scalable partnership agreements, collaborating with legal, finance, and technical teams.
  • Develop and execute joint business plans, including go-to-market strategies, revenue targets, and operating models.
  • Drive partnership performance against revenue targets, managing pipeline, forecasting, and deal execution.
  • Build and maintain senior partner relationships, establish governance cadences, and develop repeatable playbooks to scale partnerships globally. 

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in Partnerships, Alliances, or Business Development within software/SaaS
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end partnerships across strategy, negotiation, and execution
  • Strong track record working with global technology platforms (Google, Amazon, Apple, etc.)
  • Experience managing complex, multi-region partnerships and enterprise accounts
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling partner programs that drive revenue growth
  • Significant experience engaging with and influencing executive stakeholders 

Leadership & Skills 

  • Strong commercial acumen with deep experience in deal structuring and negotiations
  • Proven ability to operate as a strategic and operational leader
  • Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills, including business case development
  • Ability to influence across functions and align diverse stakeholders
  • Experience building and leading high-performing, global teams
