We are seeking a highly skilled Data Consultant to join our Data & AI Studio, serving as a subject matter expert for the Americas region. This role is a blend of delivery leadership and client engagement, focusing on driving impactful outcomes across data strategy, modern data platforms, AI/ML/GenAI adoption, and data governance. 

 

The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with business acumen and executive presence. You will advise C-level and VP-level stakeholders, deliver high-value strategy engagements, and ensure alignment between business goals and technology solutions. 

 

Beyond delivery, you will support business development activities—contributing to proposals, RFP responses, partnership development, and client pre-sales calls. This position is suited for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, strategy, and client-facing consulting. 

Responsibilities

Delivery & Advisory 

  • Lead and deliver data strategy engagements, mapping business priorities to actionable technology roadmaps. 

  • Advise clients on modern data platforms (Microsoft Fabric, Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, etc.) and AI/ML/GenAI adoption. 

  • Design and execute frameworks for data governance, quality, and compliance. 

  • Facilitate executive-level workshops, aligning C-suite and VP stakeholders around strategic outcomes. 

  • Translate complex technology concepts into business value language. 

Business Development & Partnerships 

  • Support proposal and RFP development, including scoping, solution design, and effort estimation. 

  • Join sales and pre-sales calls, positioning our Data & AI services to client executives. 

  • Contribute thought leadership, case studies, and best practices to strengthen our market presence. 

  • Help identify and grow partnerships with cloud and AI ecosystem providers (e.g., Microsoft, Google, AWS, OpenAI). 

Qualifications

 
  • 8–12 years of experience in data consulting, strategy, or solution delivery. 

  • Proven track record leading data strategy and platform projects for enterprise or public-sector clients. 

  • Strong knowledge of data architectures, governance, AI/ML lifecycle, and emerging GenAI trends. 

  • Ability to interface confidently with C-level and VP stakeholders; excellent communication and facilitation skills. 

  • Blend of technical fluency (cloud, data platforms, analytics, AI/ML) and business strategy insight. 

  • Experience supporting business development (proposals, RFPs, partnerships). 

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Data, Business, or Technology-related field preferred.

The base salary range for this role is between 143k and 227k USD. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
