We’re looking for someone with a solid foundation in Project Management who also brings hands-on experience working in Scrum environments. Your ability to coordinate teams, manage timelines, and stay focused on user outcomes will be key to your success. This role also offers the opportunity to grow your influence across strategy, product development, and client delivery.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify user needs, market opportunities, and service ideas that feed into the product strategy.
Define and maintain product vision, ensuring alignment with long-term feasibility, business value, and delivery goals.
Apply Scrum methodology to guide iterative development, validate assumptions, and ensure alignment across teams.
Partner with Product Owners to develop and manage product roadmaps, translating vision into executable plans.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams—including engineering, design, and business—to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
Facilitate or support Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily standups to drive team performance.
Track KPIs and other success metrics to assess product performance and drive continuous improvement.
3+ years of experience in project management in digital product or software delivery environments.
Scrum experience is required, with a strong understanding of its principles, ceremonies, and team dynamics.
Proven ability to balance stakeholder expectations, manage timelines and scope, and ensure delivery quality.
Comfortable working in cross-functional environments involving research, design, engineering, and business stakeholders.
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to lead discussions and drive alignment across teams.
Experience using both data and user insights to shape product decisions.
A proactive mindset, with comfort navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities.
