We’re looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Project Manager to lead the delivery of cross-functional initiatives that support digital transformation and operational excellence. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys working with diverse teams, and brings a structured yet adaptable approach to driving results.
As a Project Manager at Nortal, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of projects—ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations. You'll coordinate resources, manage risks, and foster strong communication across teams to drive successful outcomes.
Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of projects, from planning and kickoff through delivery and close-out
Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk mitigation
Coordinate efforts across cross-functional teams, ensuring tasks are executed efficiently and dependencies are managed
Proactively identify issues or roadblocks, escalate when needed, and drive resolution
Maintain project documentation, updates, and status reports for internal and client stakeholders
Monitor project performance metrics to ensure alignment with goals and quality standards
Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing timely updates and clear communication
Align project goals with stakeholder expectations and ensure continued buy-in and engagement
Develop and deliver status reports, presentations, and briefings tailored to various audiences, including executive leadership
Foster collaborative team environments that encourage problem-solving and accountability
Navigate ambiguity and changing requirements with a calm, flexible, and proactive approach
Build strong working relationships across business, technical, and client-facing teams
