Success in this role will require adopting a consulting mindset to effectively define and articulate concepts and approaches at both strategic and tactical levels. Providing collaboration-driven leadership to projects and teams will also be critical in achieving desired outcomes.
Architecture: Analyze the current digital ecosystem and architecture, define the future state, and roadmap proposed changes on strategy and tactical levels through architectural blueprints and technical roadmaps in alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. Lead and support design and implementation of scalable, secure, and efficient IT solutions that meet the needs of government initiatives.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into accessible language for executives, policymakers, and department heads. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their needs, align solutions with program goals, and provide architectural guidance.
Technology Evaluation and Implementation Excellence: Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices to recommend new tools, technologies, or methodologies to enhance government systems. Lead the selection, implementation, and integration of new technologies and systems.
Security and Compliance: Ensure all technology solutions, related processes and practices and overall cyber security posture adhere to security policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
Supporting pre-sales and business development: Help tailor value propositions to meet potential clients' needs and challenges in the new geography, leveraging our expertise in Government Technology, software development, infrastructure (cloud) engineering, big data engineering, analytics, and AI.

The base salary range for this role is between $150,000 and $190,000.
